If you want to increase your chances of being sued, then do some of the following things.

• Don’t answer collection calls
• Don’t open collection letters
• Tell your children to tell bills collectors you are not home
• Tell bill collectors that you are not home
• Have a full-time job and do the previous things

Although I am being sarcastic, this is exactly what millions of people do each year. They then have the nerve to get upset when they are sued and have their wages or bank accounts garnished.
