1. Owners of the collections firm they work for, shouting, cursing and threatening them.

2. Office managers that could fire on the spot or only take care of the clients of the firm.

3. Collection supervisors going up and down the isles to intimidate collectors.

4. Collection managers sitting with collectors analyzing their work.

5. Other bill collectors that either like them or work against them.

6. The clients that may threaten to take back their accounts.

7. Spouses that are tired when bonuses are lower than expected.

8. Their creditors which call them at their jobs.
